What does your role entail? What do you specifically enjoy about your role?

I work in the customer service department, my day to day.

What has been your greatest achievement whilst working at Holland & Barrett?

I started at Holland & Barrett as a part time member of staff whilst I was at university, since then I have worked through several different roles before being promoted to Contact Centre Manager in May this year.

What do you love about working for Holland & Barrett?

The people- Our department is such a lively place to work. No 2 days are the same- You never know the kind of query you’re going to get when you pick up that phone or answer that webchat.

Which Holland & Barrett product is always on your shopping list?

Usually the sweets (jellybeans are my favourite). I have recently bought some of the Ethique bits to try.
