I monitor stock levels for online, for 3 main territories – UK, Netherlands and Ireland. I follow previous trends and historic sales, to forecast and ensure that we have enough stock in directs warehouse, to fulfil sales to maximum potential, and highlight where we have any stock issues. I enjoy that every day is a new challenge and no two days are the same. As I look after all three territories, there is always something evolving, or new processes to improve on. It is a great sense of achievement when you see how the work you are doing is making an impact to improve end user experience.

Being nominated to take part in Hall of Fame 2019 was a great achievement for myself, it is an amazing opportunity to take part in, and something that I felt really privileged to attend. I was nominated to take part in this as recognition for how hard I have worked since joining the business. I was very surprised to receive the invitation, and extremely grateful. It is incredible to feel recognised for what you are doing.

I love the culture that I work in, and how you are treated as an employee.

I have always loved the job that I do, but the environment and people are what make it enjoyable. I have some of the best colleagues and are part of an amazing team. Everyone is very approachable and no matter what level someone is at in their career, you always feel like you can just talk to people, you are never made to feel uncomfortable, which I think is really important.

I have 3 main items I am obsessed with buying the first 2 are Dr Organic Anti Dandruff Shampoo and Conditioner. It leaves my scalp feeling so clear, but also leaves my hair feeling so soft and healthy, which I usually struggle to find with good anti dandruff products.

The third item is the Eco Denta Charcoal toothpaste. I was quite dubious about using a toothpaste that didn’t look minty and fresh, but it is amazing. I am a coffee drinker, so it is very important to me that I use whitening toothpastes, to avoid coffee stains, and it has got to be the best I have used. It also has a nice minty, refreshing taste to it.
