I support my line manager in the daily running of one of the busiest stores in the company. Together we manage the team and delegate tasks. I love taking the knowledge that I have gained over the years and helping customers to make informed choices when purchasing products from us. No two days are the same at Bullring and I love dealing with different challenges.
As a team it was when we opened the new Bullring More in November 2017. The hard working and planning that we put into it resulted in a fabulous new store. As an individual I was so proud to win Assistant Manager of the Year at Hall of Fame 2019.
My colleagues are like family! I also love the fast pace of the work, we are always busy. Also the different skills I use on a daily basis that are needed to run the branch.
I love our ethical beauty, the campaigns that we have done have really informed my choices so now I only use our products. In particular I love Weleda Skin Food. I buy our H&B children's Multi Vits for my daughter and Grenade Carb Killa bars for my husband and I as snacks.
