What does your role entail? What do you specifically enjoy about your role?
I look after the North Division and I support and advise the Retail Team on employee relation matters. I also visit stores in the area to meet Line Manager to discuss the People agenda and spend time at Regional Meetings to deliver the People agenda
I enjoy the role as it is fast pace and every day is a different scenario/challenge. I also enjoy upskilling/coaching Line Managers
What has been your greatest achievement whilst working at Holland & Barrett?
Development and growth within the Company. I started with the Company as a HR Co-ordinator and was promoted to Regional HR Advisor after 2 years of being with the Company.
What do you love about working for Holland & Barrett?
Working alongside great experienced people, I feel I am always learning, whether in HR or Retail field.
