App Acquisition Executive (36033)

Be part of a company that truly lives its values. With our expertise and commitment to innovation, we aim to build trust and make health and wellness accessible to all. By fostering inclusivity and care, we work collaboratively to improve the well-being of our colleagues, customers, and communities.

Join our Digital Performance team and help shape the future of wellness retail. We're looking for a performance-driven app specialist to lead paid user acquisition marketing campaigns that drive installs and re-engagement across key platforms like Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, and Meta. This role is focused on media buying, user growth strategy, and data analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on our customer acquisition strategy while working with cutting-edge tools and a collaborative team.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise user acquisition and re-engagement campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta, and other mobile platforms.
  • Manage campaign setup, performance tracking, and attribution with tools like AppsFlyer, GA4, and MMPs.
  • Monitor CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention KPIs to continuously improve app performance.
  • Run structured A/B tests to optimise messaging, audience targeting, and landing experiences.
  • Collaborate with media and product teams to align acquisition strategies with customer lifecycle goals.
  • Track budgets, manage invoices, and ensure smooth PO processing.
  • Stay current with app ecosystem changes (SKAN, privacy updates, measurement trends).

Location:

This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.

The Person

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing mobile app campaigns across key platforms such as ASA, UAC, and Social.
  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
  • Comfortable with data-led decisions, experimentation, and fast-paced environments.
  • Great communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach.
  • Bonus: Experience in subscription-based apps or eCommerce is a plus!

What we offer

Our Benefits for this role include, but not limited to:

  • H&B Employee Discount - 25%
  • Pension company contribution
  • Exclusive benefits, free advice and savings from a range of retailers and providers
  • And many more!

We're passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we're committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace. In line with our EPIC values (Expertise, Pioneering, Inclusive, Caring), we embrace and actively celebrate all our colleagues' unique and varying experiences, backgrounds, identities and cultures - I am me, we are H&B.
