  • Monitor and report on key KPIs including CPI, ROAS, and retention to guide future media spend.
  • Manage creative testing and A/B experiments to improve campaign performance.
  • Drive efficiencies through campaign budgeting, PO tracking, and invoice support.
  • Provide actionable insights to performance and product teams to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Stay up to date with app ecosystem changes, including SKAdNetwork and attribution models.

Location:

The Person

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience running and optimising app campaigns across ASA, UAC, and Meta platforms.
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing and measurement tools (AppsFlyer, GA4).

  • H&B Employee Discount - 25%
  • Pension company contribution
  • Exclusive benefits, free advice and savings from a range of retailers and providers
  • And many more!

We're passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we're committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
