Clinical Governance Associate (33300)

We are seeking a Clinical Governance Associate  for a 24-month fixed-term contracts. 

 

This successful candidate will  support the development and implementation of clinical governance initiatives, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across the business.

 

Reporting to the Senior Clinical Governance Lead, this role collaborates with key stakeholders across various H&B functions to establish robust governance frameworks and SOPs, manage clinical risks, develop and undertake audits, and drive continuous improvement.

The Purpose of the Role:  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain clinical governance frameworks, policies, and SOPs.
  • Manage risk assessment tools and maintain logs to mitigate emerging clinical risks.
  • Investigate customer safety issues and provide prompt, effective resolutions.
  • Oversee clinical governance compliance in stores, including audits and training support.
  • Establish and manage a Clinical Quality Management System (QMS) for quality improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with MDR, IVD, and digital health regulations.
  • Conduct due diligence on third-party providers and experts to ensure evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed governance standards.

Location: Based in London, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.

The Person:

Key Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmacy, health technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in clinical governance
  • Knowledge of risk management tools and governance in digital health platforms.
  • Familiarity with MDR, IVD, and CQC accreditation processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and QMS systems
