Commercial Operations Administrator (39667)

We're looking for a Commercial Operations Administrator to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you'll support the accurate setup and management of product SKUs, ensuring our product data is reliable, compliant and ready to support our customers and colleagues.

Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you'll help resolve product data queries, improve processes and ensure new products are onboarded smoothly from initial setup through to purchase order stage.

 

 

Location & working arrangement

Nuneaton, UK – Hybrid working

We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at our Nuneaton office for a minimum of 2 days per week. Occasional travel to our London hub or other H&B locations may be require

The Role
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle within master data systems, from initial onboarding through to product discontinuation.
  • Create, maintain and update SKU records, ensuring all product data (descriptions, pricing, supplier details) is accurate, complete and consistently maintained.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve product data discrepancies and SKU-related queries raised by internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and suppliers to gather, validate and maintain high-quality product information.
  • Maintain and continuously improve SKU data management processes and documentation, ensuring they remain clear, accurate and up to date.
  • Effectively prioritise and manage workload to meet agreed SLAs and KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as a key point of contact for product data queries, providing expert support to stakeholders and contributing to ongoing system and process improvements.

 

The Person
  • Experience managing product data and SKU information
  • Strong computer literacy and advanced Excel skills to maintain accurate records and analyse large data sets effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • A proactive mindset and curiosity to improve processes and learn new systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve queries and gather information.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for workload, with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders where appropriate.
