As a Commercial Operations Manager, you'll sit at the heart of how we plan, prioritise and deliver across the business. This is a role with real visibility and impact, shaping our commercial activity, leading operational improvements and helping teams focus on what matters most.

You'll bring structure to complexity, using data and insight to guide priorities, improve how we work and ensure our plans land effectively for our customers. • Manage our Customer Activity Plan, with effective governance and change control, this is our 12 – 18 months trading plan the business operates within.
• Lead commercial capacity planning and workload management, ensuring all planned activities are delivered efficiently within agreed resource and workload parameters.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve clear, effective policies and processes across Commercial to drive consistency, efficiency and strong governance.
• Partner with teams across Commercial, Retail, Marketing and beyond to ensure plans are aligned and deliverable
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce complexity and optimise efficiency
• Support initiatives to improve stock health, reduce working capital and drive better commercial outcomes
• Take ownership of key activities and decision-making in the absence of the Senior Commercial Operations Manager
• Lead and support cross-functional projects that deliver measurable business impact

Nuneaton, UK

• Background in commercial operations, planning, merchandising, supply chain or a similar cross-functional role
• Ownership of, or contribution to, business planning cycles (e.g. activity, trading, demand or operational plans)
• Using data (e.g. sales, stock or operational KPIs) to generate insight and influence decisions, including at a senior level
• Working cross-functionally to align priorities and deliver shared outcomes
• Improving processes to increase efficiency or reduce complexity in a fast-paced environment
• Managing multiple priorities while presenting clear, data-led insights and recommendations to stakeholders
