We're on an exciting journey to transform our brand and bring wellness to life through world-class creative. We're looking for a Creative Production Manager to lead the delivery of best-in-class content across every touchpoint – from social to in-store.
In this pivotal role, you'll manage end-to-end creative production, lead an in-house team, and optimise workflows to deliver bold, effective campaigns that resonate with our customers. It's a chance to shape how our purpose-driven brand shows up in the world and have fun doing it.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor our in-house production team to deliver high-quality, multi-format content

Turn brand strategy into compelling creative across digital, social, e-commerce, and retail spaces

Own and improve production workflows from brief to delivery

Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce diverse, audience-first content

Oversee product photography and manage content for e-commerce platforms

Champion and evolve our Brand Visual Identity with key stakeholders

Maintain a functional, well-equipped studio environment

Stay ahead of trends in production, AI, and automation to drive innovation
Location: This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.

Extensive experience in creative production, including a strong background in leading teams and managing end-to-end content delivery

Advanced knowledge of photo/video production, digital platforms, and studio operations

Strong creative vision and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to manage shoots, schedules, and vendors

Hands-on leadership style with a passion for high performance

Organised, agile, and confident in fast-paced environments

Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, DAM systems, and Monday.com
