CRM Manager (34482)

The Role:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM Manager to own our lifecycle marketing programmes and help our members achieve long-term health and wellbeing goals.

You'll shape the CRM roadmap, deliver personalised, data-led journeys, and work closely with behavioural scientists, product teams and analysts to align CRM with app features and habit-forming moments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the CRM strategy to drive growth, engagement and retention

  • Plan and optimise multichannel lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app

  • Create automated journeys triggered by behaviours and user lifecycles using Klaviyo

  • Develop impactful segmentation and personalisation strategies

  • Run A/B tests and experiments to optimise performance

  • Report on CRM effectiveness across key user journeys and cohorts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM with user experience and habit-building features

  • Line-manage and support the development of a CRM Executive

 

Location: This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.

The Person:
  • Proven CRM or lifecycle marketing experience (ideally in wellness, apps or digital products)

  • Hands-on with tools like Klaviyo and behavioural targeting strategies

  • Confident in using data to inform decisions and drive results

  • Experience working cross-functionally and mentoring others

  • A passion for health, wellness and positive behaviour change
