Are you passionate about creating memorable event experiences? We're looking for an Event Facilities Coordinator to manage and elevate events at our Nuneaton Hub. You'll be at the heart of making sure everything runs smoothly – from room layouts and AV set-up to catering and live streams – helping deliver first-class events for colleagues and guests. If you thrive in a hands-on, customer-focused role and love solving problems on the go, this could be the perfect opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all event bookings and optimise facility usage.
- Coordinate event logistics, including room layouts, set-up, AV, catering, and live streaming.
- Deliver technical support for AV systems and live production requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines at all times.
- Support complex events with registration, supplier management, and event websites.
- Track and manage event costs and maintain accurate documentation.
- Champion and uphold health and safety standards.
Location: This role is based fully on-site at our Nuneaton office (CV10 7RH), 5 days a week.
- Several years of proven experience in event coordination or facility management.
- Strong working knowledge of AV technology and event logistics.
- Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to support physical event setups as needed.
