We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at our Holland & Barrett office in Nuneaton or London for a minimum of 2 days per week.

The Role:

Some of the most interesting Finance roles sit where the business is still being shaped.

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Wellness Solutions business, partnering closely with senior leaders as we develop and scale new propositions across Weight Management, Diagnostics and our Health & Wellness App.

You'll be the lead Finance partner for the area - bringing commercial insight, financial challenge and clear decision support to both day-to-day performance and longer-term investment decisions.

That means getting involved early: shaping business cases, modelling different scenarios, understanding the economics behind new propositions and helping leaders make well-informed choices about where to invest and how to grow sustainably.

What you'll be doing

• Act as the lead Finance partner to the Wellness Solutions leadership team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and longer-term planning across the portfolio.
• Provide clear insight on performance, risks, opportunities and the actions that need to follow.
• Build financial models and business cases for new propositions and strategic initiatives.
• Carry out scenario modelling, ROI analysis and commercial evaluation.
• Support investment decisions across Weight Management, Diagnostics and App development.
• Track delivery against approved business cases and investment objectives.
• Establish meaningful KPIs and help leaders understand what they are telling us.
• Partner across Commercial, Digital, Product and Health Services to support performance and decision-making.
• Represent Finance across key Wellness programmes and initiatives.

What you'll bring

• You'll have experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A, with confidence working directly with senior stakeholders.
• You'll be comfortable building a detailed financial model, but you'll also know when to step back from it and explain the commercial story simply.
• You'll bring strong analytical and commercial judgement, experience developing business cases and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
• You don't need to come from exactly the same sector. Experience in digital, healthcare, consumer services or subscription-based businesses could be useful, but what matters most is your ability to understand a proposition quickly and turn financial analysis into good business decisions.
