  • Set clear standards and gateways for proposition approval, validation, and evolution
  • Set up feedback loops which continuously improve propositions based on market response, customer feedback, and commercial outcomes

This role is based in London (or Nuneaton), and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub (or London) and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.

The Person:

Key Requirements:

  • A background in digital wellness, healthtech, or consumer health brands
  • Experience leading customer propositions from strategy through to execution
  • Strong commercial acumen and a test-and-learn mindset
  • Understanding of longitudinal customer journeys across digital and physical channels
  • Creative thinker with the ability to balance innovation and business results
  • Someone who believes wellness should be inspiring, inclusive, and grounded in science
