We're looking for a strategic and creative leader to join us as Head of Wellness Missions on a 12 months fixed term contract at Holland & Barrett. In this mission-led role, you'll develop powerful end-to-end propositions that go beyond products—crafting experiences and services that genuinely improve our customers' wellbeing. You'll be at the heart of transforming how wellness is delivered across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the desired customer wellness outcomes for your mission
- Lead the development of value-driving propositions, from insight through to execution
- Knit together disciplines like behavioural science, content, and clinical science to shape holistic experiences
- Define the mission journey across digital and physical channels, aligning with wider customer and channel strategies
- Translate insight into compelling, sticky solutions that drive commercial impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, UX, science, and operations teams to bring propositions to life
- Establish the business enablers needed to scale propositions effectively
Location:
This role is based in London, and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub (or London) and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.
Key Requirements:
- Deep experience or strong interest in wellness, preventative health, or behavioural science
- Proven track record in building consumer health or lifestyle propositions end to end
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and customer-centricity
- Comfortable working across digital and physical environments
- Confident leading multi-disciplinary teams and navigating complexity
- Ideally, experience in weight management or health-related service design
