Location: We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you will be present at our Nuneaton office for a minimum of 2 days per week
- Partner senior leaders across Commercial and Marketing to align people plans with business priorities
- Identify capability gaps and work with Talent and L&D teams to deliver targeted development
- Support organisational change and transformation to improve effectiveness and performance
- Provide insight and challenge on organisation design, workforce planning and team effectiveness
- Lead the delivery of our talent and performance strategy, building a strong performance culture
- Encourage and support teams to engage with performance processes, tools and systems
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver practical, scalable people solutions
- Experience in HR business partnering within a large scale, customer led retail and/or commercial environments
- Experience managing complex ER cases in partnership with a central ER team, delivering outcomes that are both commercially sound and legally compliant
- Experience working with cross functional HR teams to deliver joined up people solutions
- Experience embedding talent and performance frameworks and driving adoption
- Able to understand organisational challenges and identify practical, effective solutions
- Able to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Able to think strategically and deliver practical outcomes
