HR Business Partner - H&B&Me & Wellness Solutions (34871)

The Role:

We're looking for a HR Business Partner, to support the H&B&Me team (and the wider Wellness Solutions & Transformation division) on an 12 month FTC, working closely with senior leaders to embed a values-led culture, drive performance, and influence key decisions that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Coach, influence, and support people managers to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Use data and insights to shape thinking, influence decisions and identify opportunities.
  • Lead engagement and wellbeing initiatives that connect teams to our purpose
  • Guide org design considerations to support continued growth and provide clarity
  • Collaborate with Resourcing to attract and onboard great talent
  • Champion learning, performance, and development at every level
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people matters, guiding early-stage ER conversations

Location: This is a hybrid role based in London (W1), with at least two days per week in the office. While this is a full-time role, we are happy to consider candidates interested in working four days per week on a part-time basis.

The Person:
  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role within a complex environment
  • Strong commercial awareness, ideally gained in Health-Tech, digital, or scale-up settings
  • Ability to translate people data into meaningful insight and action
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure where it's needed
  • Confident using digital tools and open to AI-enhanced ways of working
