We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at our Nuneaton office for a minimum of 2 days per week.
- Connect Brand, Influencer, Social and Digital teams, turning creator strategy into measurable performance
- Lead how influencer and creator content is activated across paid, affiliate and owned channels
- Identify and brief performance-led creators aligned to trading priorities and key SKUs
- Work with Digital and paid media teams to amplify high-performing content and optimise spend
- Partner with affiliate and TikTok Shop teams to scale creator-led revenue opportunities
- Analyse performance data to continuously improve creator selection, content and investment decisions
- Maximise the value of creator content by driving reuse across PDP, CRM and other owned channels
- Help shape a more connected, full-funnel influencer ecosystem across brand and performance
- Experience in performance marketing, paid social or affiliate marketing within a retail or consumer brand , from within inhouse or agency
- Exposure to influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns
- A strong understanding of how content drives conversion and commercial outcomes
- Experience working with creator monetisation platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop, affiliate networks)
- Confidence working cross-functionally across Brand, Social and Digital teams
- A data-led mindset, with the ability to translate performance into clear actions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
