International Category Manager (36295)

As our International Category Manager, you'll play a vital role in optimising product performance and assortment across our global retail partners, driving strategic growth, and championing wellness innovation in every market.

The Role:
  • Develop and deliver the international category strategy aligned to local market needs
  • Analyse market trends, performance data and consumer insight to optimise assortments
  • Partner with local markets and suppliers to tailor product ranges
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities across regions and formats
  • Lead product onboarding, pricing and promotional planning internationally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply, brand, and regulatory teams
  • Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Influence the global product roadmap with international input
The Person:
  • Proven experience in category management or buying within FMCG or retail
  • Strong understanding of international markets and commercial dynamics
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
  • Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on executional ability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment
  • Passion for health, wellness, and customer-led innovation

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
