Provide necessary documentation and samples to support the establishment of new partnerships and market expansion.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Build relationships with internal teams (e.g., International Partner Managers, Commercial, Order Management, Regulatory Affairs) to facilitate documentation and resolve queries.
  • SOP Maintenance: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date and draft new SOPs as necessary.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate administrative trackers and provide progress updates to relevant teams.
  • Quality Complaints and Product Withdrawals: Coordinate international product quality complaints, provide feedback, and manage product withdrawals or recalls when necessary.

Location: This role is based in Nuneaton on a hybrid basis - 2 days per week.
