Product Analyst (40009)

You'll join our Omnichannel Analytics team, working closely with product and UX teams to understand behaviour, improve journeys and help people get more from their wellness experience—online and in-app.

Location & working arrangement

London, UK – Full-time
We offer hybrid working, with occasional presence at our London office (typically 2 days per week for collaboration and team connection)

The Role
  • Partner with Product Managers and UX teams to define success metrics and improve customer journeys
  • Analyse customer behaviour, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and engagement
  • Write SQL queries to explore performance, funnel drop-offs and feature usage
  • Build clear, actionable dashboards to track product and journey performance
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation to optimise digital experiences
  • Contribute to agile squads, shaping backlogs and supporting delivery
  • Investigate trends and uncover insights that drive better product decisions
  • Collaborate with analytics, BI and marketing teams to deliver meaningful data solutions

 

The Person
  • Experience working in product, digital or behavioural analytics (ideally in ecommerce or digital platforms)
  • Confidence working with SQL to explore and transform data
  • Understanding of digital metrics such as conversion, retention and customer journeys
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders
  • Experience building dashboards (e.g. Metabase or similar tools)
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working in cross-functional teams
  • A degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
