Intro

At Holland & Barrett, we exist to make health and wellness a way of life for everyone. Technology plays a key role in helping us deliver that mission — from personalised digital experiences to intelligent supply chains.

We're looking for a Product Manager – Supply Chain (Inventory Management) to shape the technology that keeps our shelves stocked and our customers finding the products they love, wherever they shop.

You'll lead the product direction for our inventory management platform, creating a single, trusted view of stock across stores, distribution centres and digital fulfilment. Your work will help move our supply chain towards data-driven, automated decision-making, improving product availability and operational efficiency across the network.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the inventory management platform, the central source of truth for stock across stores, fulfilment centres, distribution centres and marketplace partners.

  • Define and deliver the product roadmap for inventory capabilities including stock reservations, fulfilment allocation, transfers and batch management.

  • Partner with teams across Retail, Supply Chain, Distribution and Digital Fulfilment to ensure inventory data is accurate, visible and actionable.

  • Enable intelligent fulfilment routing across stores, fulfilment centres and international markets.

  • Work closely with forecasting, replenishment and planning teams so inventory signals drive automated supply chain decisions.

  • Translate operational challenges into clear product requirements for engineering teams.

  • Improve stock visibility, accuracy and analytics through collaboration with data and technology teams.

  • Champion automation-first solutions that reduce manual processes and increase decision speed across the supply chain.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in product management, delivering digital products or technology platforms.

  • Experience working closely with engineering and data teams to deliver product outcomes.

  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and the ability to work across technical and operational teams.

  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems to different audiences.

  • Analytical thinking with a focus on measurable impact and outcomes.

  • Experience working in retail, supply chain or operational environments.

  • Confidence working with operational data, metrics and performance indicators.

  • Experience working within agile product teams and delivering iterative improvements.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with inventory, order management or warehouse management systems

  • Experience in multi-channel or omni-channel retail environments

  • Interest in automation, AI and predictive supply chain technology

What we offer:

  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays

  • Holiday purchase scheme

  • Technology Incentive Scheme - up to 10% annually based on company and personal performance
  • 24/7 Virtual GP access

  • Private medical insurance – single cover

  • Annual free at-home health testing kit (after 6 months' service)

  • Employee Assistance Programme and a network of Mental Health First Aiders

  • Workplace pension with employer contribution

  • Annual bonus (subject to company and individual performance) up to 10%

  • £50 colleague product allowance on Holland & Barrett products (after 6 months' service)

  • 25% colleague discount in store and online, with free delivery on online orders

  • Access to cashback and discounts from a wide range of retailers

  • Free Wellhub membership with discounted access to gyms, studios and wellbeing apps

  • Cycle to Work scheme
