Regional Manager (35050)

Job Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Regional Location: North Republic of Ireland (24 Stores)

Hours: 37.5hrs

Salary: €Industry Competitive + Company Car & Quarterly Performance Bonus

The Role:

Do you love to motivate, engage & inspire? Have a passion for Health & Wellness? A strong track record in Multi-Site Management? Then you could be our next Regional Manager.

Our stores play a pivotal role in bringing Holland & Barrett to our communities, our customer-centric approach is why we're market leaders in the wellness space with year-on-year growth as we continue to invest in our portfolio. This role will be a key player in our current transformation linking together stores, head office and the implementation teams with store refits and new store openings.

Reporting into the Director of Stores, you will have overall responsibility for creating a strong performance culture, connecting our products with our communities maximising sales and profitability, whilst being an advocate for colleague wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•    Direct line management of Store Managers throughout the Region
•    Ensuring the Regions commercial & operational priorities are aligned with the company vision.
•    Store Operations: continuously reviewing best practise and finding efficiencies to enhance profit and operational/commercial solutions.
•    Drive sales and KPI performance across stores.
•    Encourage a fun and empowering environment, ensuring colleagues and customers are at the heart of everything you do.
•    Talent management, grow strong talent pipelines to deliver succession plans.
•    Keep listening and learning, be the voice of the colleagues to aid business decisions.
•    Ensure all stores operate legally with a focus on health and safety.

The Person:

To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have: 

•    Retail Leadership and Operations experience in a multi-site, fast paced, high growth environment.
•    Proven track record of managing 20+ stores.
•    Experience in New Store Openings
•    Experience of managing P&L including sales, staff and shrink budgets.
•    Excellent communication and influencing skills.
•    A strong commercial awareness
•    Ambition to continually drive the business forward.
•    Full, clean ROI Driving Licence
