As a Regional Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing that mission to life across a diverse portfolio of stores, leading high-performing teams and creating exceptional experiences for customers and colleagues alike.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead around 23 stores and inspire a team of Store Managers and retail colleagues to deliver strong commercial performance, brilliant customer service and an engaging colleague experience. You'll work closely with teams across the business to shape regional plans, drive growth and help every store thrive.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers across your region to build high-performing, engaged teams
• Driving sales, customer and operational KPIs across all stores
• Creating a culture where colleagues feel supported, motivated and empowered to succeed
• Using data and insight to identify opportunities, solve problems and improve performance
• Working cross-functionally with teams including HR, Commercial, Finance, Property and Learning & Development
• Supporting talent and succession planning across the region, helping colleagues grow their careers
• Ensuring high standards across customer experience, store compliance, availability and operational excellence
• Building strong connections within local communities and championing the Holland & Barrett brand
