We offer hybrid working, with occasional presence at one of our Holland & Barrett offices in Nuneaton or London for team meetings, collaboration sessions and key events.

At Holland & Barrett, we're here to help every body feel their best, backing your body every day. As a Regional Manager Support Executive, you'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, bringing structure and pace so our Regional Managers can focus on supporting our stores and customers.
What you'll be doing
- Provide proactive, day-to-day support to Regional Managers, ensuring priorities are clear and delivered
- Plan and coordinate meetings, travel and key events with efficiency and attention to detail
- Prepare presentations, reports and communications that are clear, accurate and timely
- Manage expenses, calendars and administrative processes in line with company standards
- Support the flow of information between Regional Managers, stores and central teams
- Track actions and follow up on key tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the team
- Support ad-hoc projects that drive operational improvements and efficiencies
What you'll bring
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships
- Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement
- Experience in a fast-paced, operational or customer-focused environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- High attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right
