Full-Time (37.5-hours)

We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at our Nuneaton Hub for a minimum of 1 day per week.

As a Resourcing Assistant (Operations), you'll play a vital role in helping us hire brilliant talent across our Retail Stores and Operations teams in the UK & Ireland. You'll be at the heart of high-volume recruitment, keeping everything running smoothly, accurately and compliantly while delivering a candidate experience that's warm, professional and efficient.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating high-volume recruitment for Retail Stores and Burton Distribution Centre

  • Managing candidate workflows in our ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance

  • Overseeing contract generation and pre-employment checks

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment for Band 6–8 Operations roles

  • Producing recruitment dashboards and reports to inform performance and decision-making

  • Identifying process bottlenecks and recommending improvements

  • Acting as a key contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring journey

  • Ensuring full compliance with GDPR, right-to-work and internal recruitment standards


What you'll bring

  • Experience in a recruitment coordination or resourcing support role

  • Confidence managing high-volume administrative processes with strong attention to detail

  • Advanced ATS and HR systems knowledge, including reporting capability

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • The ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • A proactive, improvement-focused approach
