Retail Communications Executive (35517)

Job Type: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire (Hybrid, 2-days a week in the office)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £Competitive, 25% colleague discount, 33-days annual leave pro rata and much more!

The Role

Are you a Creative Communicator with a Passion for Storytelling and a Flair for Design? Do you want to be part of a team that inspires thousands of retail colleagues across the UK and Ireland to make a difference in people's Health and Wellness every day? 

Join one of the UK's leading Health & Wellness retailers as a Retail Communications Executive and play a key role in bringing our in-store experience to life through engaging, timely, and impactful internal communication. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Craft bespoke, high-quality content that motivates, informs, and connects our retail teams with company-wide initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end content process – from planning and design to sign-off and launch.
  • Champion our tone of voice and brand values, ensuring consistency and clarity across all communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring key campaigns, product launches and updates to our shop floors.
  • Keep our store teams connected through the intranet and regular communication packs.
  • Dive into creative projects, from graphic design and photoshoots to supporting video content for campaigns.
  • Stay responsive – managing our communication inbox and evolving how we engage our teams on the ground.
The Person

To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach – you're someone who can manage multiple deadlines and still deliver with creativity and flair.
  • Experience working with internal communications or content development is a plus.
