Senior Brand Partnerships Executive (35472)

Job Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire (Hybrid, 2-days a week in the office)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £Competitive, 25% colleague discount, 33-days annual leave pro rata and much more!

The Role

Now we're looking for a creative, commercially minded SeniorBrandPartnershipsExecutive to help us scale up the impact of those partnerships. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Shape standout collaborations – partner with our Brand Partnerships Manager to develop and roll out through‑the‑line campaigns that boost brand love, drive footfall and unlock fresh revenue.
  • Launch the next big thing – lead internal processes for new‑product launches, aligning commercial, trade planning, legal and regulatory teams so everything lands on time and on brand.
  • Own the plan, endtoend – coordinate milestones, collate assets and map activations across every channel, from in‑store takeovers to social buzz.
  • Turn insight into action – analyse campaign performance and translate data into smart recommendations for even bigger wins next time.
  • Nurture key partners – manage day‑to‑day relationships with suppliers such as Ocado and Co‑op, ensuring plans stay fresh and results keep climbing.
The Person

To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:

  • Previous experience in brand, campaign or marketing roles, ideally in retail or health & wellness.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural storyteller who can influence stakeholders and build cross‑functional relationships with ease.
  • A self‑starter's mindset: curious, creative and commercially savvy.
