Job Type: 2-Year Fixed Term Contract
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire (Hybrid, 2-days a week in the office)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Support the execution of the CI strategy and roadmap and embed CI standards. Train and coach internal CI talent to Black and Green belt level, supporting enterprise-wide capability development and transformation.
Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional, high-impact CI projects delivering £1M+ in annual validated savings
• Embed CI in transformation programs and deliver measurable opex and capex benefits.
• Train and certify Green Belts and Black Belts, supporting development of internal CI capability.
• Drive the progression of LSS Belts and coach the LSS Excellence colleagues.
• Deploy standardised CI methodologies and templates across the business, ensuring alignment with the H&B Way.
• Lead the development and governance of the process library, KPIs, and benefit validation process in partnership with Finance.
• Shape and implement the CI strategy and roadmap, supporting awareness, adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and deliver CI initiatives, tools, events, and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Data-Driven Improvement & Automation
• Leverage Spark, Power BI, and AI tools for process optimisation, automation, and reporting.
• Drive the use of insight and analytics in CI project design, execution, and benefit tracking.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
• Partner with senior leaders and functional heads to identify and prioritise CI opportunities.
• Champion a high performing, engaged CI culture and support succession planning for the CI team.
• 5+ years leading CI or process optimisation roles
• £1m+ cost saving delivery per annum
• Experience in cross-functional transformation projects
• Coaching and training CI practitioners (GB/BB)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (working towards Master Black Belt preferred)
• Deep understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, automation tools, Spark, and data visualisation
• Advanced process mapping, process library structure and process score cards
• Financial acumen in benefit validation and ROI tracking
• Proven ability to coach/mentor and drive change across teams
