12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at one of our Holland & Barrett office in Nuneaton (CV10 7RH) for a minimum of 2 days per week.

The foundations are already in place: OneStream is live, the core processes are established, and the Finance team is aligned on becoming more insight led. What we need now is someone who can bring consistency, clarity and challenge, turning the data, systems and process we already have into sharper decision making across the business.

What You'll Be Doing 

• Leading end to end budgeting and forecasting cycles, producing consolidation, clear commentary and financial storyboards. 
• Delivering executive level performance reporting across financial and strategic nonfinancial KPIs. 
• Acting as the FP&A SME for OneStream - driving adoption, improving outputs, and helping the system work harder for the business. 
• Spotting P&L, balance sheet and cashflow opportunities through proper insight and robust analysis. 
• Partnering with Finance, commercial leaders, operational teams and investors to shape strategy, prioritisation, value creation and funding discussions. 
• Driving consistency, standardisation and continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting, and automation.

• Budgets, forecasts and monthly reporting that are accurate, timely and insight rich. 
• Executive dashboards and narrative that improve decisions - not just add information. 
• Measurable improvements in OneStream reporting and stakeholder adoption. 
• Your analysis helps shape key decisions, resource allocation or value creation activity. 
• Strong process improvements: increased automation, cleaner workflows and greater consistency. 
• Positive feedback and trust from senior leaders, cross functional teams and investors. 

What You'll Need 

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification. 
• Significant experience in senior FP&A or commercial finance roles within retail, FMCG or omnichannel environments. 
• Advanced modelling and analytical capability; experience with OneStream or similar tools. 
• Strong understanding of retail specific planning, metrics and performance drivers. 
• The ability to explain finance clearly to nonfinance stakeholders. 
• A collaborative, commercially minded approach and resilience in a fast evolving environment. 
• A track record of delivering meaningful improvements to planning and reporting processes at pace.
