As our Senior Responsible Sourcing Executive, you'll support the implementation of our Responsible Sourcing strategy, working across high-impact projects focused on sustainability, ethics, and supplier engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in an evolving ESG function thus helping to shape how we drive positive change across global supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the roll-out of our Responsible Sourcing strategy, including supplier onboarding and internal compliance processes and track of key regulations .
- Monitor and evaluate supplier ESG performance against our Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Responsible for Day to day maintenance of the sourcing and supplier trackers ,accurate commodity certifications with up-to-date data analysis, thus meeting business KPIs
- Conduct risk assessments, review audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Contribute to ESG project delivery, including human rights impact assessments and traceability initiatives.
- Support KPI reporting and ESG readiness for internal and external audits.
- Engage with stakeholders across Category, Data, and Supplier Relations teams.
- Communications across the business and ESG training for stakeholders which includes supply chain partners
Location: This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
- Experience in ethical compliance, human rights, or supply chain sustainability (retail experience desirable).
- Knowledge of key frameworks such as SMETA, ILO, Modern Slavery, UNGPs, or SEDEX.
- Comfortable interpreting audits, identifying risk, and supporting mitigation plans.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
