At Holland & Barrett, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Risk & Business Resilience Manager to take ownership of our enterprise risk strategy and business continuity planning, helping us stay prepared, protected, and agile as we grow.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise risk frameworks and governance.
  • Oversee business continuity planning and crisis response with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain the Global Risk Register and ensure key risks are escalated appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations on risk mitigation.
  • Support supplier and third-party risk management activities.
  • Develop and deliver risk awareness and training programmes across the business.
  • Analyse trends and incidents, providing insight and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Line manage the Business Continuity Manager and drive continuous improvement

Location:
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office

The Person

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise risk management and business resilience.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in global retail or a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment (preferred).
  • Professional certifications in risk or continuity management (e.g. CRM, BCI) are desirable.
  • A collaborative leader with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organisation.
