The Role

We're looking for a passionate and creative Senior Social Media Executive to help shape the voice of Holland & Barrett across our social channels on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You'll play a key role in planning and delivering content that inspires our community, drives engagement, and brings our wellness story to life. Working closely with our marketing and creative teams, you'll help deliver standout campaigns, spot trends, and make sure every post connects with our audience. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of organic and paid social media campaigns across channels like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • Bringing wellness storytelling to life through creative, on-brand content.

  • Supporting paid social activity through Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Tracking trends, conversations, and new platform features to spot opportunities for H&B.

  • Monitoring and reporting on performance, using insights to guide future campaigns.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and agencies to deliver high-quality social content.

  • Supporting content shoot days and creative projects.

Location:
This is a hybrid role based in Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.

The Person
  • Proven experience in social media or a related marketing/content role.

  • Strong understanding of social platforms and what makes content stand out.

  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting skills.

  • Organised, adaptable, and confident juggling multiple projects.

  • Curious and proactive, always looking for new ideas and opportunities.

  • Some experience managing paid social campaigns.

  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping people feel their best.
