Permanent | 40 hours per week | Wednesday - Saturday rotating AM and Afternoon Shifts - 06:00-16:00 & 12:00-22:00
This role is based at our Burton manufacturing site and requires on-site presence 4 days per week (4 on / 3 off).

Working across a range of packaging, filling, labelling and sealing equipment, you'll help ensure our products reach customers to the highest standards while supporting continuous improvement across the site.
What you'll be doing
- Putting health and safety first in everything you do.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns.
- Providing both electrical and mechanical maintenance support across production machinery.
- Diagnosing faults and resolving issues to minimise downtime.
- Supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Working closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects that enhance productivity and performance.
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained to GMP, regulatory and safety standards.
What you'll bring
- Experience in an engineering maintenance role within a manufacturing, production or packaging environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of PLCs and automated machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams.
- Understanding of preventative maintenance schedules and engineering best practice.
- Awareness of relevant engineering legislation, safety requirements and compliance standards.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
