Are you passionate about helping people sleep better through innovative, evidence-based digital health solutions? Holland & Barrett is looking for a clinically qualified Sleep Lead on a 12 months fixed term contract to shape the sleep optimisation strategy for H&B&Me, our digital lifestyle intervention app. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the design and delivery of personalised sleep programmes that blend clinical science, behaviour change, and AI technology to drive long-term improvements in health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of clinically sound sleep content and digital interventions.
- Apply sleep science (e.g. CBT-I) and behavioural frameworks to create engaging, effective programmes.
- Collaborate with product, behavioural science, and data teams to build personalised, AI-powered solutions.
- Translate complex clinical knowledge into user-friendly app journeys, tools, and resources.
- Ensure all interventions meet clinical safety, efficacy, and regulatory standards.
- Analyse user behaviour and feedback to continuously optimise the sleep pillar.
- Represent the sleep domain in cross-functional strategy, governance, and innovation forums.
Location:
This role is based in London, and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.
Key Requirements:
- HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatry-qualified Medical Advisor with a strong focus on sleep.
- Expert in CBT-I, sleep hygiene, and mental health therapies.
- Skilled in behavioural science (e.g. COM-B) and digital health programme design.
- Proven experience in digital content creation, preferably with AI or personalisation elements.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and data-informed decision-making skills.
