Salary: Up to €50,000 per annum DOE, 25% colleague discount, 30-days annual leave pro rata

As our Retail Store Manager, you'll be an excellent leader empowered to shape your team, run the day-to-day management of the store and become a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett. You'll build a high performing team and lead them to deliver a successful performance. We'll invest in your learning from the very start as you'll embark on an extensive training program  including our “Qualified to Advise” and “Healthy Expert” qualifications for all your product knowledge as well as a diving into the business operations, ensuring you have the knowledge you need to run your own store effectively. We also have continuous development programs and career opportunities for your future.  

We're looking for someone who leads with intention and is driven by commercial success. You'll thrive here if you:

• Have previous experience managing high-volume retail environments 
• Are an excellent communicator and can adapt to get the best from your team
• Can understand and analyse sales figures to enable the store to trade within Company parameters and goals
• Can work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Have a growth mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve and innovate
• Are agile and flexible, enabling you to multi-task and achieve the best results
• Are passionate about health and wellness
