The Purpose of the Role: 

Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader with strong leadership skills and a desire to develop others? Keen for an exciting opportunity to join the largest UK Health and Wellness Retailer?

As our Warehouse Team Leader, you will plan, organise, co-ordinate and lead departmental activities to run an efficient and effective working environment that is customer and productivity focused, this includes championing continuous improvement within all aspects of the department i.e., new procedures, controls, equipment technology to ensure you are a change driver.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do so you'll identify training requirements, development opportunities and handle any disciplinary matters in line with company guidelines.  You'll be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment within the warehouse so full organisation of pallets and stock within the department.

You'll be set KPIs to achieve a high pick accuracy within the team and ensure that high standards are met daily in all aspects of the role.

Key Requirements:

•    The ability to solve problems and deep dive.
•    The ability to communicate effectively with head office partners daily and ensuring their priorities are met.
•    Strong interpersonal skills and can be an assertive communicator.
•    The ability to work collaboratively with managers at all levels.
•    A confidence in using IT programs such as Excel, Word etc.
•    A strong knowledge of Health & Safety – IOSH Managing Safe
•    Strong Resilience and ability to adapt to change.
