Join Holland & Barrett as an Insight Manager on a 12 months fixed term contract and help shape the future of Weight Management solutions. You'll lead the development of consumer-led insight strategies that fuel innovation, enhance customer journeys, and unlock growth in the rapidly evolving health and wellness space. This is a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in research and analytics with a genuine passion for making a difference in people's health outcomes. 

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the insight strategy for Weight Management, driving evidence-based decisions across product, service, and customer experience. 
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across healthcare and product to deliver impactful, insight-driven recommendations. 
  • Conduct and manage research across the full range of methodologies – from segmentation to journey mapping and UX testing. 
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including innovation and proposition testing. 
  • Optimise digital journeys and track key experience metrics (e.g. NPS, CSAT, LTV). 
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to guide commercial strategy. 
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives to inform decision-making. 

Location:

This role is based in London (or Nuneaton), and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub (or London) and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.

The Person:

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in consumer insight or analytics, ideally in health, wellness, or digital services. 
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills. 
  • Passion for digital health, with a focus on improving customer outcomes and commercial performance.
